• BS or MS in Engineering
  • Must have advanced problem solving methodologies and engineering and personnel management
  • Must have supplemental training in: statistics, experimental design, polymer materials and processing, business and financial topics, engineering economics
  • Must have relevant experience in process investigation and optimization, basic materials development, tooling design and manufacture, applied and/or product development, cross-functional project management, multi-subject training and team facilitation
