Development Engineering Support
This role serves as a link between development engineering and the customer facing departments in providing technical expertise and resolving product issues.
Primary responsibilities includes system level testing of new products and features in pre-release software, assisting developers in recreating field issues, and assisting in the transition of new products and features of engineering.
Experience: Looking for bright, energetic engineers with a genuine interest in creating ground breaking new products. As a member of development team you will be exposed to variety of cutting edge software and hardware technology.
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / Software Engineer or equivalent
3 + years experience in a Support or Software Testing Role.
Testing: Basic testing practices
Must have excellent communication skills to deal with developers and customer service groups.
Excellent problem solving and strong analytical skills.
Ability to think logically.
Ability to troubleshoot electro – mechanical components.
Work well within a strong team environment.
Organization and Documentation skills.
Occasional domestic and international travel required.
